uupk Terms and Conditions

01 — General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the uupk platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to all products, services, software, and any gaming activities offered through the uupk platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the uupk website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user who maintains an active account on the Platform.
• "Gaming Funds" refers to money deposited into a member's account and available for use in games.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money provided for promotional purposes that is withdrawable subject to specific conditions.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms have been drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, uupk's decision shall be considered final, though it will always be made on the basis of fair and impartial principles.

02 — Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the uupk platform, registering a personal account is required. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.1 Registration Process

• Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• uupk reserves the right to immediately close an account if any false information is provided.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment, uupk may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended. uupk has the right to retain a member's personal information, and it will be used solely for verification purposes.

2.3 Account Security

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the uupk support team immediately. uupk will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a breach of account security unless it is a direct result of uupk's own negligence.

03 — Age and Eligibility

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of account registration or withdrawal request, uupk reserves the right to verify age through a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to prove age may result in the relevant funds being confiscated.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

uupk provides services to players in Bangladesh. If a member uses the platform from a region or country where online gaming is legally prohibited, that member's use of the account is entirely at their own risk.

04 — Deposits and Withdrawals

All rules relating to financial transactions on the uupk platform are described in this section. Members should read these rules carefully before making any transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Using your own payment account for deposits is mandatory. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
• uupk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and hold funds under investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

uupk complies with anti-money laundering policies. uupk reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

05 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• To meet the wagering requirement, a total of 15 times the combined value of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member only once.
• The bonus will be forfeited if the conditions are not met within the specified time period.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms and conditions that must be followed.
• uupk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and real funds are managed separately.

5.3 VIP Program

uupk's VIP program has four tiers. Members can progress to higher tiers step by step through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

06 — Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the uupk platform are operated by trusted and certified game providers' software. Game results are entirely dependent on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are audited by third parties. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are clearly stated in the game interface. Betting limits may differ when using bonus funds.

6.3 Game Disputes

If an incomplete or incorrect result is displayed in any game due to a technical error, uupk will conduct the necessary investigation to determine the correct result. In such cases, uupk's decision shall be considered final.

6.4 Live Casino Rules

Members must follow the instructions of the game host when participating in live dealer games. Rude behavior or disruption of a game may result in being removed from the live game session.

07 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uupk platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Playing games using a third party's account or on behalf of a third party.
• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to influence game results.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or violating bonus terms and conditions.

08 — Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by uupk

uupk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If any activity listed under the prohibited activities section occurs.
• Failure to pass age verification or if false information is provided.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may apply to close their own account. In this case, please contact the support team via 24/7 live chat. Any remaining funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided all necessary conditions are met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

uupk may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Members are advised to keep their accounts active regularly.

09 — Limitation of Liability

uupk will not be held responsible for a member's losses in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or hardware.
• If account information is stolen due to the member's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical maintenance or upgrades.
• If the service is suspended due to a government order or legal obligation.

9.1 Service Availability

uupk strives to ensure 24/7 availability of the platform, though brief interruptions may occur for necessary maintenance. Members will be notified in advance before any significant maintenance.

10 — Responsible Gaming

uupk believes that gaming is a recreational activity. We ask all our members to play responsibly. Gaming should never be considered a source of income.
